  • Anonymous user 2 0 @Jennshare123 Well Jenn, I think with a log, you could have both. Daily log of people contacting client, in person, phone etc. Also, themes could be itemised under headings, egJ:meals, mobility , personal care, etc: That way everyone can link in under topics and also there is a chronological record of attendences. (Good for reminding of days events).
